Role OverviewTilliant is looking for a proactive Client Success & Accounts Intern to support client management and ensure smooth execution and delivery of ongoing projects. This role sits at the intersection of operations, communication, and execution, making it ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing AI-first company works with clients.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients to track deliverables, maintain communication, and ensure expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients and assist in managing day-to-day communication
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, AI, marketing) to ensure timely delivery
- Follow up on tasks, approvals, and client feedback
- Help prepare basic reports, updates, and summaries for clients
- Maintain client documentation, briefs, and status trackers
- Support the team in improving client experience and retention
Requirements- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable interacting with clients via email, calls, and messaging platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar productivity tools
- Basic understanding of digital services, startups, or agency workflows is a plus
