We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Client Strategy Lead – Brand Communication to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing brand communication, creating compelling content, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
This role requires a blend of creativity, storytelling, market understanding, and strategic thinking to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create monthly and quarterly content calendars for social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, and campaigns.
- Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
- Plan content funnels that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
Brand Communication
- Maintain and strengthen the brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across digital, print, and internal materials.
- Assist in developing campaign concepts, taglines, and communication frameworks.
- Collaborate with leadership to communicate company vision, values, and offerings effectively.
Content Creation & Management
Write, edit, and proofread content for:
- Social Media Posts
- Blogs & Articles
- Website Content
- Email Campaigns
- Case Studies
- Marketing Collaterals
- Presentations
- Ad Copies
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce engaging content assets.
- Review content quality and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns with strategic content and communication plans.
- Develop storytelling approaches for promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Create content briefs and creative directions for internal and external teams.
- Contribute ideas for innovative campaigns that increase audience engagement.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Optimize content strategies based on audience behavior and campaign results.
- Prepare monthly content and communication performance reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Content Strategy, Brand Communication, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and digital communication.
- Ability to create strategic content plans and campaign communication frameworks.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement techniques.
- Experience with content management systems and marketing tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with agencies, startups, or marketing teams.
- Understanding of SEO/AIO content strategy.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content and marketing tools.
- Experience managing multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video content workflows.
