We’re hiring someone who can own the floor, run end-to-end agency delivery, and be the go-to person for clients, the team, and execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations across design, content, ads & client servicing
- Lead 2-4 client accounts with clear weekly WIPs + proactive communication
- Drive upsells, cross-sells & campaign initiatives
- Run daily huddles and ensure timely delivery & quality approvals
- Review creatives, scripts, ads before sending to clients
- Maintain dashboards, processes & client growth metrics
- Work directly with the Founder on strategy + escalations
Who You Must Be
- 2-3 years EXPERIENCE IN AN ADVERTISING / DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY (Mandatory)
- Proven track record in client management & delivery
- Strong communication, leadership & multitasking
- Comfortable with fast-paced execution & high accountability
- Confident in pitching ideas and handling CXOs
- Calm, solution-driven & ownership mindset
