Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Client Specialist located in Noida. The Client Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, resolving client issues, enhancing the customer experience, and maintaining effective communication with clients to understand their needs. The role also involves building and nurturing strong client relationships to uphold the company’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and effective client interaction
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to enhance the overall Customer Experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and solve customer-related issues effectively
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare or revenue cycle management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
