Role Description The Client Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams (design, operations, and installation) to ensure timely and quality project execution. The Client Specialist will handle client queries, provide regular project updates, and support site visits and meetings as needed. They will also monitor client feedback, proactively address concerns, and work to improve overall client satisfaction and retention. In addition, the role includes preparing basic documentation, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and supporting post-installation follow-ups and service coordination.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships with diverse client stakeholders.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical or project details in simple terms.
- Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a track record of handling client issues and resolving them promptly.
- Understanding of customer experience principles and a client-first mindset to ensure consistent, positive interactions at every stage.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or account management; experience in construction, infrastructure, or sports-related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct or support client and site meetings, and coordinate with cross-functional teams under deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
