Growthic is hiring for a Client Servicing & Strategy role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and client management.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive execution, shape strategic direction for client accounts, and ensure deliverables move smoothly from planning to completion.
You’ll act as the bridge between internal teams (content, design, strategy) and clients, ensuring clarity, coordination, and high-quality execution across all projects. If you enjoy solving problems, managing moving parts, and thinking strategically about client growth, this role is built for you.
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication
- Understand client goals and translate them into strategic plans and actionable briefs for internal teams
- Work closely with strategy, content, and design teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives
- Bring a strategic lens to client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, improvement, and better performance
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and deliverables
- Track deliverables, timelines, and project progress across multiple accounts
- Maintain visibility on ongoing work and ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met
- Support internal operations, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency
- Identify blockers, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
