Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Client Servicing - Social Media Marketing professional. The individual will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and service. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to achieve marketing objectives, developing and implementing social media strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating with creative and content teams, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure success. Additionally, the role involves addressing client queries, providing solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Services, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Communication skills, with a strong focus on verbal and written interactions.
- Proven abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with problem-solving expertise.
- Knowledge of Finance and budget management as it relates to client projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple clients and campaigns efficiently.
- Experience in social media platforms, content creation, and strategy development is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
