Position Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Manager and a Client Servicing / Account Planning Manager (The Mastermind) who can drive brand strategy, manage client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding creative and digital solution
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Create and manage detailed content calendars for multiple clients
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
- Experiment with new formats such as Reels, Shorts, Stories, and Live sessions
Content Creation & Management
- Create and oversee engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video)
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure brand consistency
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform optimization
Community Reputation & Management
- Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
- Build meaningful relationships with followers, influencers, and communities
- Handle online reputation professionally and proactively
Analytics, Reporting & Performance
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and audience targeting
Account Planning / Client Servicing (The Mastermind)
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and lead comprehensive brand and communication strategies
- Decode client briefs clearly and translate them into actionable plans
- Uncover consumer insights and market trends to guide creative direction
- Coordinate daily with internal teams (creative, social, media, production)
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns within timelines, scope, and budgets
- Present strategies, ideas, and performance reports confidently to clients
- Maintain accurate documentation of briefs, approvals, and communication
- Identify upselling and growth opportunities (no hard targets)
Required Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 4–5 years experience for Social Media Manager | 4–5 years experience for Client Servicing role (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Excellent communication, pitching, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
- Strong strategic thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail
