The Role
As a Client Servicing / Social Media Executive, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and creative teams—handling day-to-day communication, shaping social media strategies, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly across platforms.
You’ll work on high-impact digital campaigns and well-known brands, while learning, experimenting, and growing every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients
- Research, prepare, and present client decks and reports; participate in in-person client meetings
- Analyze industry and competitor trends to apply best practices across client portfolios
- Understand client goals and end-to-end digital marketing needs, including:
- Social Media Marketin
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Display Advertising
- Email Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive campaign strategy and creative development
- Identify growth opportunities within client portfolios and contribute to revenue expansion
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
What We’re Looking For- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, SEM, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Client-facing confidence with a solutions-oriented mindset
Technical SkillsIn-depth knowledge or working experience with:
- Hootsuite / Buffer
- SEMrush
- Meta Business Suite
- Canva
Plus points:
- Exposure to AI tools such as Gamma, Napkin (or similar platforms)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a client servicing role within a social media/digital marketing agency
- Experience working with large brands is essential
- BFSI sector experience will be an added advantage
