Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Client Servicing & Business Development Executive for our Noida office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects and campaigns. The role involves coordinating with internal creative, production, and marketing teams while contributing to the agency’s growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client communication and servicing
- Understanding client requirements and delivering timely solutions
- Coordinating with creative, production, and digital marketing teams
- Generating new leads and business opportunities
- Pitching advertising, branding, video production, and digital marketing services
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and project follow-ups
- Supporting brand campaigns and marketing activities
- Ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Achieving sales and business development targets
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Client Servicing, Sales, or Business Development
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, and Advertising
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads will be an added advantage
- Strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client coordination efficiently
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
- Basic understanding of budgets and client account handling
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing industry is a plus
