Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, on-ground Client Servicing professional with strong hands-on experience in:
- Corporate event execution
- Brand activations (rural + urban)
- Production + fabrication understanding
- Vendor and partner management
- Client strategy & relationship building
This role is not desk-based — it's ideal for someone who thrives on meeting clients, creating campaign ideas, travelling for executions, solving production challenges, and ensuring top-class delivery across India.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Strategy
- Meet clients weekly with concepts, engagement ideas, and structured campaign proposals
- Build & maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Understand client briefs deeply and propose solutions using MarketMen’s experiential expertise
- Work closely with creative & production teams to deliver winning ideas
On-Ground Event Execution
- Lead on-ground activation setups, event production, and installation supervision
- Ensure flawless execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction
- Coordinate pan-India with vendors, fabricators, manpower suppliers, and Mall/RWA/authority permissions
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage internal manpower and event coordinators
- Maintain strong vendor relationships for fabrication, printing, AV, technical, and production requirements
- Negotiate costs effectively to achieve best value and high-quality output
Operations & Tech Alignment
- Use and understand MarketMen’s proprietary event-tech software
- Provide feedback to help improve tools and workflow automation
- Maintain reports, documentation, and campaign MIS regularly
Who Should Apply
You are a great fit if you:
- Have 4–6 years of experience in event management / activations / production
- Are proactive, idea-driven, and love client interaction
- Have strong on-ground experience and can handle pressure situations
- Understand production drawings, fabrication basics, materials, and permissions
- Have excellent negotiation & vendor management skills
- Can travel for campaign execution (pan India when required)
- Are comfortable with tech-driven processes
- Want to grow fast as MarketMen expands new verticals
