Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager - Events/Exhibitions, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project execution, addressing client queries, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality event and exhibition services that align with customer expectations and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, for clear and professional client interactions.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the events or exhibitions industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in tools and software commonly used in event management and client relationship management is a plus.
