Media Hermits Limited is looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive/Manager for our Events & MICE division.
Experience Required: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Oversee end-to-end execution of events and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) projects
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients
- Handle budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-ground management
- Identify opportunities to upsell and grow existing client accounts
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client servicing within the events or MICE industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Experience with vendor management and event logistics
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
