Job Title: Client Servicing Manager Events Exhibitions (Female)
Location: Delhi
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager to handle end-to-end client coordination for events and exhibitions. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding requirements, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) for execution
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high client satisfaction
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Resolve client queries and provide effective solutions
Key Requirements
- 36 years of experience in client servicing (Events/Exhibitions industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
Preferred Candidate
- Female candidates preferred
- Experience in events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing industry
