Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Client Servicing Lead with proven experience in managing large corporate clients and high-budget marketing campaigns/events. This role requires someone who can drive strategy, execution, and client relationships for complex, multi-city or large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
Own and manage large enterprise/corporate clients
- Act as a strategic partner to clients for marketing campaigns & brand activations
- Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
Large-Scale Event Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of high-budget events and campaigns
- Manage multi-city activations, large audience events, or flagship brand events
- Ensure flawless delivery with strong attention to detail and timelines
Campaign & Strategy Understanding
Understand brand objectives and translate them into impactful event experiences
- Contribute to campaign planning, ideas, and execution strategy
- Work closely with creative teams on concepts and storytelling
Cross-functional Leadership
- Lead coordination between Creative, Production, Vendors, and Internal Teams
- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless communication
- Drive internal teams to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
Budget Ownership
- Ensure cost optimization while maintaining premium quality
- Track profitability and manage vendor negotiations
Client Escalation & Delivery
Handle high-pressure situations and client escalations confidently
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction and repeat business
Execution Excellence
- Oversee venue finalization, production, branding, and audience management
- Ensure strong on-ground presence during events for smooth execution
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed documentation, proposals, and approvals
- Deliver POE (Proof of Execution) and post-event reports with insights
- Showcase campaign impact, engagement, and ROI
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience handling large brands (corporate clients / enterprise accounts)
Strong background in marketing campaigns, brand activations, or large-scale events
- Experience managing high-value projects and multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Must-Have Experience
Agency background (Event / Experiential / Advertising preferred)
- Exposure to big-ticket events, exhibitions, launches, or corporate marketing campaigns
- Strong vendor network and production understanding
