🔥Hiring: Client Servicing Manager – Digital Marketing
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai | 🕒 Experience: 6+ Years
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Client Servicing Manager with strong experience in digital marketing agencies to manage client relationships, lead social media strategies and drive seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client communication and relationships
- Handle social media strategy and execution across platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely project delivery
- Develop digital strategies aligned with client objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and present reports/insights
- Identify upsell opportunities and support business growth
- Manage billing, spends, collections, and basic documentation
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and production
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and MS Excel preferred
