Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Manager (Digital). The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering superior service. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, executing digital marketing strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output. The Client Servicing Manager will also communicate with clients to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure their objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Client Services and Client Relations to manage client accounts and ensure successful project execution.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs effectively and foster long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to collaborate with clients and internal teams seamlessly.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or advertising, preferably in a similar role, with knowledge of Tier 2/3 or rural markets being an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a results-driven approach.
