Role Description
The Client Servicing Manager - Corporate Events will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering seamless event execution. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves managing event briefs, collaborating with internal teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations. The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Relevant event management knowledge and experience in an event management company is a mandate
- Proficiency in Communication and creating event presentations
- Proven experience in managing corporate events or projects
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects with attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Event Management
- Creative understanding is a plus
