Job Summary:
We are looking for highly proficient NBD & Client Servicing professionals. The candidate should have substantive expertise and experience in developing and managing client relationships, as well as an acumen and understanding of brand activations, experiential marketing, and events. A strong background in Sales/Business Development and P&L exposure, combined with excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills, is essential.
Job Description:
· New Client acquisition- develop and leverage external/potential relationships to create new business opportunities
· Responsible for managing large and small-scale events
· Complete analysis of the tender/brief, keeping in mind the financial, legal, production and creative feasibility.
· Finalize prices either based on negotiations with the clients on prices and deliverables or provide a standard rate card to the clients
· Create and manage the event budget, executing all events at or under budget. Track and report cost savings achieved through negotiations and budget management.
· Develop evaluation criteria and determine, in collaboration with key stakeholders, which events to sponsor or produce, including tradeshows, industry events, partner events, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences and workshops
· With support of the event team, manage event logistics to ensure successful execution. Provide onsite event support as needed.
· Set goals and objectives for each event with regard to lead generation, pipeline nurturing, and brand awareness. Communicate event goals and objectives with stakeholders ahead of each event.
· Ensure self and team performance.
