Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on providing exceptional client servicing as a Client Servicing Manager. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing client requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process. The role involves frequent communication with clients to understand their vision, collaborating with internal teams for seamless event execution, and troubleshooting any challenges to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and building sustainable professional relationships
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and teams
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, with an emphasis on attention to detail
- Experience in event management or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast
