About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Servicing Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving client satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, media, strategy)
- Understand client briefs, business objectives, and marketing goals
- Translate client requirements into actionable internal briefs
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, projects, and deliverables
- Manage day-to-day client communication and expectations
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality output
- Handle feedback, revisions, and escalations efficiently
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and client management abilities
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising processes
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Strong coordination and project management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
