We are looking for a Client Servicing professional with a strong background in event management, capable of managing end-to-end client coordination and delivering seamless event experiences.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Events Client Servicing Manager based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on managing and strengthening client relationships, understanding event objectives, and ensuring seamless execution. You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, driving end-to-end event delivery while proactively addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in event client servicing, preferably within an event or experiential marketing company
- Proven ability to manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and drive long-term partnerships in event-based projects
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills to handle multiple events and timelines simultaneously
- Proactive, solution-driven mindset with prior exposure to event management or branding considered a plus
