We’re Hiring: Client Servicing Manager (Print Media Experience Required)
At Option Designs, we’re looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Client Servicing Manager who can seamlessly manage client relationships and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, especially in the print media domain
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
- Coordinate with creative, content, and production teams for smooth execution
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
- Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and retention
- Handle feedback and resolve client concerns effectively
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management
- Hands-on experience with print media clients is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extroverted, confident, and proactive personality
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
