Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager based in Mumbai. The Client Servicing Manager will manage and maintain client relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and act as a liaison between the clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities include understanding clients' needs, planning and executing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of projects on time and within scope. The role also involves providing regular updates to clients and addressing inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s or preferably Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the Branding, Activations, or Experiential Marketing industry is a plus
