Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager located in Udaipur. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. The role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will gather feedback and insights to foster long-term relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
1. Manage & grow sales relationships with international clients
2. Identify untapped opportunities in adjacent categories (eg: marble & related accessories)
3. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the exact status of every product — from development and production to inventory.
4. Research emerging trends, materials, and customer preferences.
5. Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to evaluate how our offerings stack up against others in terms of pricing, features, and market demand.
6. Prepare internal pitch decks and briefs for all products.
7. Coordinate all updates to the website.
8. Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
