Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a key liaison between the client and the company. Responsibilities include handling client requests, managing project timelines, facilitating communication, ensuring service quality, and identifying opportunities for business growth by understanding client needs. The role requires exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Client Services and Client Relations
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Exceptional Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Experience in strategic thinking and managing expectations with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working in media, marketing, or a customer-facing role is a plus
