Job Title: Manager – Client Servicing

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Client Servicing to manage client relationships and drive the successful execution of events and experiential projects from brief to completion.
The role requires strong client management, communication, planning, negotiation and problem-solving skills. The Manager will act as the key link between the client and internal teams, ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood, briefs are effectively translated into actionable plans, and events are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event management, excellent vendor management skills, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to work collaboratively with Creative, Operations, Production and other cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management & Brief Understanding
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and projects.
- Understand the client's business objectives, event requirements, expectations and desired outcomes.
- Take detailed briefs from clients and translate them into clear internal requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong, professional and long-term client relationships.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication on project progress, challenges and changes.
- Present ideas, proposals, budgets and project updates to clients as required.
2. Event Planning & Project Management
- Plan and organise events from conceptualisation through execution and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, task lists and execution schedules.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning while keeping financial and time constraints in mind.
- Ensure all deliverables are tracked and completed within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Carefully oversee the event journey from pre-production through on-ground execution.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Creative, Operations, Production, Design, Fabrication and other cross-functional teams to develop solutions that effectively address the client brief.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas that enhance the overall event experience.
- Ensure the client brief is clearly understood by all relevant teams.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of project dependencies.
- Balance client expectations with operational feasibility and creative possibilities.
4. Vendor Management & Negotiation
- Identify, evaluate and compare suitable vendors and partners based on project requirements.
- Manage vendors across categories such as catering, décor, entertainment, production, fabrication, artists, musicians and other event requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve favourable commercial and contractual terms.
- Ensure vendors meet agreed timelines, quality standards and deliverables.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with reliable vendors and service partners.
5. Budgeting & Financial Management
- Prepare event budgets in consultation with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Track project expenses regularly against approved budgets.
- Ensure that projects remain within the agreed financial parameters.
- Identify potential cost overruns and communicate them proactively.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate costs where required.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and commitments.
- Support timely billing, documentation and financial closure of projects.
6. Event Operations & Execution
- Oversee all aspects of event operations and ensure the event is executed as planned.
- Coordinate venue readiness, décor, catering, entertainment, invitations, guest experience and other event requirements.
- Conduct regular checks and follow-ups leading up to the event.
- Be present on-ground when required to supervise execution and manage client requirements.
- Ensure that all event elements are delivered as per the agreed scope, quality and timelines.
- Respond quickly to last-minute changes and on-ground challenges.
7. Problem Solving & Risk Management
- Identify potential issues and dependencies before they impact the project.
- Offer practical and timely solutions to resolve client, vendor or operational challenges.
- Remain calm and solution-oriented during high-pressure situations and live events.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately while taking ownership of finding solutions.
- Ensure contingency plans are in place for key event requirements wherever necessary.
8. Post-Event Evaluation & Reporting
- Conduct post-event reviews with clients and internal teams.
- Evaluate the success of events against agreed objectives and deliverables.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare post-event reports, including key outcomes, learnings and relevant project metrics.
- Document learnings and best practices to improve future projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Event Management, Client Servicing, Experiential Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Client Servicing function, preferably within an Events, Experiential, Advertising or Integrated Marketing agency.
- Demonstrated experience in managing events from brief to execution.
- Strong portfolio or track record of successfully executed events and projects.
- Experience managing clients, vendors, budgets and cross-functional teams.
- A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or a relevant field is preferred.
