We’re Hiring: Client Servicing Manager
At Option Designs, we’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Manager (Integrated) who can build strong relationships, ensure seamless communication, and drive smooth project execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, particularly in the print media domain
· Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication and coordination
· Prepare and coordinate client pitches, presentation decks, and business proposals alongside regular client servicing activities
· Understand client requirements and convert them into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
· Coordinate closely with creative, content, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
· Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards
· Identify opportunities for client growth, retention, and long-term engagement
· Address client feedback and resolve concerns in a proactive and professional manner
Requirements:
· 3–4 years of experience in client servicing / account management
· Hands-on experience handling clients from print media, real estate, or food & beverage sectors
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
· Strong sense of ownership and accountability
