Role Overview
This is not a typical client servicing role.
At BrandLoom, a Client Servicing Manager is responsible for:
👉 owning client relationships
👉 driving strategy execution
👉 ensuring business outcomes—not just deliverables
You will act as the bridge between client expectations and internal execution, ensuring every campaign aligns with growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Growth Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client business goals, not just campaign briefs
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, clarity, and performance
Strategy & Execution Alignment
- Translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies
- Work closely with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social, Content, Design)
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand + performance goals
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across channels
- Share insight-driven reports (not just data)
- Identify gaps and proactively recommend improvements
Project & Delivery Management
- Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns and tasks
- Maintain clarity on timelines, priorities, and dependencies
- Manage multiple clients without compromising quality
Upselling & Opportunity Identification
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Recommend additional services based on business needs
- Contribute to account expansion and retention
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing / agency client servicing
- Strong understanding of:
- SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing
- Ability to connect marketing metrics with business outcomes (CAC, leads, revenue)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
