Job Description:
Radiowalla Network Ltd. is a leading provider of in-store music and digital content solutions. As part of our growing digital vertical, we offer a cloud-based Video Content Management Solution (VCMS) that enables clients to manage and display content across digital screens remotely. With our expanding client base, we are looking for a dedicated Client Servicing Manager to support and grow our VCMS operations.
Role Overview:
The Client Servicing Manager – VCMS will be responsible for managing backend content scheduling, coordinating with the client, business & creative team, and serving as the main point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical orientation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage daily scheduling and deployment of content on client digital screens using our Radiowalla VCMS platform.
* Maintain regular communication with clients for updates, approvals, and service queries via calls and emails
* Work closely with the client POC, business and creative teams to ensure timely content uploads and screen management
* Troubleshoot basic client issues and escalate technical problems to the support team when required
* Provide regular reports and updates to both internal teams and clients
* Build strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and service continuity
* Assist in onboarding new clients and training them on content workflows
Requirements :
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar client servicing, content management, or technical operations role
* Good understanding of cloud-based software platforms and digital content workflows
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with scheduling tools
* Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
* Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach to handling client needs
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in digital signage, VCMS platforms, or media scheduling tools
* Basic technical troubleshooting or IT support experience is a plus
* Familiarity with creative formats such as videos, images, and layouts
