We operate in the Background Verification (BGV) and Risk & Compliance services sector, delivering end-to-end employee screening, KYC checks, and vendor due-diligence for HR, staffing firms, and large enterprises across India. This is an on-site leadership role focused on client-facing delivery, SLA performance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate, timely background screening outcomes.
Primary Title: Client Services Lead - Background Verification (BGV)
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client-facing lead for assigned BGV accounts, owning onboarding, daily communications, and long-term relationship health.
- Drive end-to-end service delivery: coordinate verification operations, ensure data accuracy, and meet agreed turnaround times and SLAs.
- Design, implement and monitor client-specific SLAs, reporting dashboards, and KPIs; prepare and present periodic service reviews.
- Manage escalations proactively—triage issues, coordinate root-cause analysis with operations and tech teams, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product to deliver integrations (ATS/HRIS), custom reports, and process improvements that reduce cycle times and rework.
- Coach and mentor the client servicing team on quality standards, compliance requirements, and service excellence practices.
