About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Lead with extensive experience in the Background Verification (BGV) services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client cases, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee client servicing operations within the BGV industry.
  • Manage multiple client cases effectively, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and progress tracking.
  • Develop and maintain progress trackers to monitor project statuses and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.


Requirements:

  • Must have current experience as a Client Servicing Lead in the BGV industry.
  • Proven track record of handling multiple client cases simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and progress tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage client expectations effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in client relationship management and service delivery.
