Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Lead located in Pune City. The Client Servicing Lead will manage client relationships by acting as the main point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include taking End-to-End Account Ownership by acting as the primary point of contact for clients, taking total lead from strategic thought and concept development through to final execution.
Role:
- Strategic Brand & Account Planning: Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, contributing value-added perspectives to develop robust brand strategies and long-term account growth plans.
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and daily execution to ensure all deliverables are met seamlessly and within established timelines.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Nurture strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service, high satisfaction, and proactive problem-solving.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Seamlessly bridge the gap between internal creative/execution teams and external partners, fostering collaboration to bring campaign visions to life.
- Quality Custodianship & Eye for Detail : Maintain rigorous standards of quality and messaging accuracy across all marketing collateral and client deliverables before they go live.
- Value Creation & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the client's brand, unlocking new avenues of value and driving account growth.
- Problem-Solving & Agility: The ability to think on your feet, pivot when timelines compress or client requirements change, and find creative solutions under pressure.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding agency profitability, managing account budgets, and identifying opportunities for organic account growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand management, preferably within an advertising, creative, or digital marketing agency.
- Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with a proven track record of mentoring team members and driving project ownership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or a closely related field.
- Tools & Tech: Proficiency with project management tools, presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint), and collaboration tools.
