Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Engage closely with clients and partners to address and resolve their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Provide support through various channels such as calls, emails, and on-site visits, ensuring client issues are understood and resolved effectively.
- Liaise with internal teams and external entities to facilitate the resolution of client queries and concerns.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly reports detailing the tasks undertaken, issues resolved, and the status of ongoing concerns.
- Collect regular feedback from clients to understand their level of satisfaction and areas requiring improvement.
About Company: Daalchini is a physical marketplace for traditional Indian home-cooked food, provided by a network of home-based cooks/tiffin services, through the Internet of Things (IoT-based vending machines called DaalchiniHut).
