Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Client Servicing Intern to support client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project execution. The intern will work closely with the creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure that client expectations are understood, communicated, and met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in managing client communication and follow-ups
● Understand and translate client briefs for internal teams
● Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals
● Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals
● Maintain client records and status updates
Requirements:
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Basic understanding of digital marketing/branding
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment
Experience: 0–1 year (Internship)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
