We’re Hiring: Client Servicing Manager
📍 Location: Vadodara (On-site)
🕒 Shift: Rotational (Day/Night – as per requirement)
💼 Experience: 4+ Years (Advertising agency experience preferred)
Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager who can manage relationships, understand client requirements, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, etc.)
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality output
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and expectations effectively
• Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth
• Maintain proper communication and reporting
Requirements• 4+ years of experience in client servicing/account management
• Prior experience in an advertising/marketing agency is preferred
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
