Role Overview:
As a Client Servicing Executive at Realatte Ventures LLP, you will support the day-to-day
coordination and relationship management with our clients.
Your role will involve assisting in managing client accounts, ensuring timely execution of digital marketing projects, and
collaborating closely with internal teams to meet client goals.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing, a client-first attitude, and excellent
communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Assist as a key point of contact for assigned clients, helping ensure expectations are met and communication is seamless.
- Project Management: Support the Performance Marketing Team in tracking project
timelines, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to share updates, gather
feedback, and support approval processes.
- Account Support & Growth: Contribute to identifying upsell opportunities and support
account growth through exceptional service and timely follow-ups.
- Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving client concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented
approach.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activity to
bring valuable suggestions and insights to clients.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related
field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, digital marketing coordination, or a
related support role (preferably in an agency environment). 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Basic understanding of digital marketing terms (PPC, CTR, campaigns, etc.)
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts with attention to detail
6. Familiarity with project management or CRM tools is a plus
7. Collaborative and organized, with a willingness to learn and grow.
