Job Summary:
The Client Servicing Executive/Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and delivering high-quality service. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between International client and the internal team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Oversee and manage the execution of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly, escalating as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, meetings, and service delivery. Prepare regular reports on client status and project progress.
- Gather feedback from clients and work with internal teams to implement improvements based on that feedback.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Previous experience in International client servicing, customer service, or account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions.
