Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager – Digital Marketing to manage key client relationships, ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns, and drive account growth. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and a good understanding of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned digital marketing clients.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable digital plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, performance marketing, SEO, content, and operations) for timely campaign execution.
- Prepare and present campaign strategies, timelines, and performance reports to clients.
- Manage client expectations, feedback, and approval processes effectively.
- Monitor account performance and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital services.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain client documentation, contracts, proposals, and MIS records.
