Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for marketing and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Coordinate with creative, design, video, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage day-to-day client communication through calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups
- Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads, referrals, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, advertising, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing and advertising fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling social media or digital marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding of branding, content, and creative processes
- Exposure to client pitching, presentations, or business development is an added advantage
