Job Title : Client Servicing Executive/ Manager
Location : Navi Mumbai
Experience : 1 – 6 years
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive/ Manager to manage and support client relationships within an advertising agency setup. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination, and the ability to work closely with creative and digital teams to deliver campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong relationships
- Understand client briefs and translate them clearly to internal teams
- Coordinate with Creative, SEO, Web Development, Paid Media, and ORM teams
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Required Skills
- 1– 6 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing)
- Ability to handle client interactions confidently
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign workflows
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
