Job Title -Junior Client Servicing Executive
Location - Navi Mumbai
Experience - 1–3 years in client servicing / account management / digital marketing / integrated marketing roles
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Client Servicing Executive to support the management . The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams across multiple digital marketing functions.
You will work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination
- Support the Client Servicing Manager in managing day-to-day communication.
- Participate in client calls, status meetings, and weekly updates.
- Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and updates
Account & Delivery Support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress
- Ensure client briefs are clearly communicated to internal teams
Campaign & Project Management
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Maintain documentation for project status, deliverables, and client feedback
- Monitor campaign performance reports and help prepare insights for clients
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with strategy, content, and digital teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams for task coordination
- Escalate issues or delays to senior team members when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing agency roles
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, and ORM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools
