Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Client Servicing Executive, (Female preferred) based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships. Responsibilities include managing accounts, preparing presentations, addressing client inquiries, billing follow-up and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires proactive communication, vendor handling, productive under tight timelines and a focus on achieving client satisfaction while meeting project objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in maintaining client relationship and account management
- 2yrs+ Experience in Corporate Event Management
- Must be a Team-player with a presentable personality
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful presentations
- Instant decision making abilities with a client-first approach
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Must thrive in high-stakes environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience/ knowledge in branding, experiential exhibition or digital industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
