Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in Lucknow. As a Client Servicing Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. You will coordinate projects, assist in the planning and execution of events, and manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You will also oversee client presentations and handle feedback to ensure successful outcomes that align with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Service
- Strong skills in creating and delivering impactful Presentations
- Experience in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the event management industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in relevant tools or CRM software is a plus
