Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in Indore. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs and inquiries, developing presentations, and ensuring seamless account management. The role requires coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and exceptional client support while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations
- Proficiency in creating impactful Presentations
- Experience in Customer Service and building positive client interactions
- Demonstrated ability in Account Management and project coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or IT-related client servicing is an advantage
