Job Description – Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to support our Client Servicing team in managing day-to-day campaign operations and coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic understanding of digital platforms, and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
This role involves assisting with campaign execution, content uploads, platform coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Servicing team in managing day-to-day client requirements
- Upload and publish content across digital and social media platforms
- Coordinate with internal creative, media, and operations teams for campaign execution
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and tracking
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and updates
- Maintain campaign trackers, reports, and documentation
- Monitor campaign activities and share regular updates with the reporting manager
- Help in managing client queries and follow-ups
- Ensure accuracy and quality while handling platform uploads and postings
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in client servicing, digital marketing, or agency operations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets is preferred
