This is the second innings for our founders in Digital, they previously sold their agency to large agency network. Role:
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to work with some of the best clients in India.
The opportunity is to work across the digital ecosystem which will entail digital campaigns across Social, Search, Mobile, and Activation.
This position will require someone who takes the baton and delivers meticulously & and independently while being supported and encouraged by the leadership team.
Job Description:
Client Strategy:
- Work closely with clients to understand their digital marketing objectives challenges, expectations, and business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and present a campaign strategy based on the objectives and goals
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships
- Effectively communicate project briefs, updates, and timelines to clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing clients and identifying account growth opportunities.
- Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing insights for development
- Attending client meetings as and when required
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and strategy, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Ensure that project timelines are met and deliverables align with clients' expectations.
- Proactively working on Social media calendars with the copy and art team
Campaign Reporting:
- Prepare and present monthly reports on campaign and social media calendars to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Maintain MIS reports
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients to maintain a positive relationship.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years of experience
- Experience and understanding of the digital and marketing landscape
- Any prior experience in Client Servicing
- A digital Native, Active on Social Media platforms
- Excellent written & and communication skills
- Adherence to deadlines and able to maintaining quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 35k-40k
