Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Client Servicing Executive. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering engaging presentations, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The executive will also liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of client projects and meet their expectations effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to manage interactions and build meaningful partnerships.
- Competency in preparing and delivering impactful presentations to communicate insights and strategies effectively.
- Experience in Account Management to support clients and ensure their satisfaction with delivered solutions.
- Exceptional organizational, process oriented , and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for client relationship management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
