Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon / Bengaluru for a Client Servicing Executive. The Client Servicing Executive will manage client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and address inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include –:
o preparing and delivering review presentations
o maintaining detailed project deliverables to track client interactions
o supporting client-focused strategies to foster positive outcomes
o co-ordinate with internal teams on deadlines to deliver
o research on competition in the same industry
o gather information on trending topics for client’s objectives
What are we looking for :
- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing / account management (agency preferred)
- Strong communication and power point presentation skills (English mandatory)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social, performance, content)
- Relevant certification in marketing / business / communications
Requirements
- Must Have - digital or advertising agency experience
- Must Have - skills in Presentations and Account Management to effective project deliverables
- Must Have adequate knowledge of AI tools like chatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others
- Must have understanding of making project trackers with roles, responsibilities & deadline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks
- Proficiency with CRM tools and client relationship management software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
