Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in New Delhi. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client queries, presenting solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Client Servicing Executive will liaise with different departments to deliver tailored solutions and provide regular updates to clients while maintaining accurate records of interactions and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Services and Client Relations
- Proficiency in Presentations and Customer Service
- Strong Account Management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the fire safety or industrial manufacturing sector is an advantage
